Lani was a wonderful host. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 kids. Close to both pools and a corner unit so lots of privacy. Short drive (under 12 minutes) to North Conway and under an hour to Clarks Trading Post. There is also a nice little pub just a walk away. Of course we forgot a few items, one being a sentimental item, and it was shipped to our home within a few days. I would definitely recommend staying here

Lani was very responsive. We were able to get an earlier check-in. The place was tastefully decorated and very clean. Located across the street from the beach and a short drive to Newburyport. Overall it was a wonderful stay for girls weekend.

Lani was an extremely gracious and supportive host. The property provides convenient access to Crawford Notch and North Conway. Perfect for summer or winter visits to the area. Lani went above and beyond to help us during our stay, we would absolutely consider this property again!

Lani was a great host, me and my family picked this Airbnb last min. Lani was very quick and responsive right away. Due to picking it last minute she reached out to the cleaning company and made it happen. The house is in a great location just minutes away from the center of North Conway! Definitely picking this place again.

My husband and I had a great stay at Sandy Toes. We loved that we were able to walk to the beach, the center and have our dog with us. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and had everything that we needed. Lani was responsive and friendly.

Lani’s townhouse at Cranmore was a great place for our family. It was very clean and comfortable, everything as described. Convenient to town and activities. There’s some construction next door happening now, it didn’t bother us. Was nice to have option of central AC for the heat wave. Lani is very responsive and proactive. We would highly recommend staying.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Lani's place! The house is a fantastic home away from home and it's awesome being able to spend our vacation right on the beach. Lani is a great host and we can't wait to book again for next year!

Every year my family travels to Narragansett for a quick summer get away. Lani's home was absolutely beautiful, updated, spacious and perfect for our family. Great location, so close to the beach and restaurants. Lani was very responsive and proactive with communication.

Steve and Lani were very good and responsive hosts.. house was in a great spot with easy access to the beach and amenities also. Over all lovely stay and lots of nice and thoughtful features.

We had a wonderful stay in this adorably decorated home. Lani was a great communicator and checked in with us after our arrival. It was close to downtown, Storyland, Saco for tubing, and short 30 min ride to AMC Highland Center and Mt Washington Auto Road. It was a great adventure!
